Receive 1 on 1 personal training, as the trainer will meet you at a specific location, Park, Gym, Beach, Apartment Gym, ect.

Optional workouts remotely  using the Tourlafitness app (videos by personal trainer performing the moves) showing you what to do. 

All purchased sessions NEVER expire

Invite a friend or family to your program for only $15 more per session

Every month you will get 9 session credits for 60 min PT Session (in person) (expire after 3 months)

Our online personal training packages allow you to benefit from the skills and expertise of an Tourlafitness trainer, no matter where you are in the world. Once you sign up for online training, you will be allocated to an experienced Tourlafitness personal trainer.

Based on the information you provide regarding your lifestyle, access to equipment and goal, your trainer will design a bespoke personal training and nutrition plan for you to follow independently, whether at home or your gym.

Your trainer will then work with you remotely via weekly email check–ins with our Tourlafitness app messaging feature to support and coach you to your goals

1:1 PERSONAL TRAINING HERE

30 MINUTE SESSION $55

Don’t have time for a full hour? That’s okay! You rarely NEED an hour to get a great workout in, so if you are short on time this may be a great option for you.

1 HOUR SESSION $80

This is a great option for those wanting to test out personal training. It’s also ideal for those that would like some guidance to build their own program. I recommend seeing a trainer once in a while even if you are a seasoned fitness enthusiast to check in on your form, any strength/flexibility imbalances, and to bring your training to the next level.

10 SESSION PACKAGE $45 PER

This is ideal for clients that would like a trainer to keep them accountable and to work with long-term.

4 WEEK PROGRAM 2 OR 3 DAYS/WEEK $360 – $540

This program is designed for those that want to commit to achieving their goals. The toughest part of starting a fitness routine is adherence. We will work together either two or three days a week for a month and will set specific and measurable goals to get you excited about working out and living actively. This program is for new clients only.

SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING (2 PEOPLE) 1 SESSION $45 EACH PERSON OR 10 SESSIONS $40 EACH

SMALL GROUP TRAINING (3+ PEOPLE)
