IN HOME PERSONAL TRAINING

Private or Semi Private Personal training will allow interaction face to face with trainer. This option will give you the quickest results. Instruction, guidance and attention to detail is given to the clients with dialogue with trainer at the same time. Exercise technique/form is monitored closely. Lose weight, get back in shape, or push yourself to the next fitness level, we work with you and start you off at your current fitness level. We develop a customized workout program designed for your specific goals to maximize results.

Online Personal Training FAQs

Our online personal training packages allow you to benefit from the skills and expertise of an Tourlafitness trainer, no matter where you are in the world. Once you sign up for online training, you will be allocated to an experienced  personal trainer.

Based on the information you provide regarding your lifestyle, access to equipment and goal, your trainer will design a bespoke personal training and nutrition plan for you to follow independently, whether at home or your gym.

Your trainer will then work with you remotely via weekly email check–ins and our Tourlafitness app messaging feature to support and coach you to your goal.

Online personal training takes place remotely and therefore does not involve one-to-one contact with a personal trainer. To reflect this, our online personal training packages are set at a lower price point than in-person training.

Online personal training can be incredibly effective. Why spend countless hours, weeks or even years muddling along from scraps of knowledge here and there when you could head straight to the source and benefit from the most up-to-date knowledge and state of the art progress tracking? We have the tools, knowledge, expertise and passion to help you turn your goal into reality, wherever you are in the world.

However, because online training takes place remotely, you will not have one-on-one contact with a personal trainer. As a result, you need to be self-motivated to make the most out of your investment.

However, your training package will be tailored to your requirements and your trainer will work with you to adjust the plan as necessary based on your weekly progress.

This is completely up to you, and is based on your preferences, lifestyle and goal. Some people may only have 20-30 minutes per day to train, whereas others may like to train five days a week.

Your online personal trainer will take all of this information into account when creating your personalised plan. For most clients, three to four training sessions per week is the sweet spot that balances progression with effective recovery.

Your personal trainer will work with you to set clear, concrete goals and help you to fit the training program to your lifestyle. You will gain access to our world-class programming, as well as our expert knowledge of fat loss and muscle building.

All of our programs are now delivered via the Tourlafitness client app, which has been specifically developed with our clients in mind to facilitate check-ins, track progress and provide a platform for ongoing support and accountability.

Generally speaking, most of our online training packages start from around one month. However, we recommend doing at least three months as, generally, it will take at least this long to make a lasting habit and lifestyle change and see a real return on your investment.

Many of our clients have been training with us online for far longer than this, and we can help you navigate and execute multiple goals based on your changing priorities.
